Teacher training
AI literacy is an essential skill for teachers, teaching staff and leadership teams. Hands-on workshops, in person or online, focused on AI fundamentals, safe and responsible use, academic integrity and rethinking assessment. Workshops grounded in scientific evidence and international frameworks, adapted to your institution’s unique needs.
90 min per session · Pack of 3 AI Literacy workshops · Can be combined with a keynote.
What we do
90-minute workshops, in person or online, chosen from a set of topics and tailored to your team’s needs:
- Fundamentals of safe and responsible generative AI
- AI in education for leadership teams
- Prompting strategies and checking AI outputs
- Using AI to plan lessons and support materials
- Designing learning experiences that integrate AI
- Rethinking assessment in the age of AI
- Developing guidelines for AI use in your school
We also offer AI literacy sessions for students and parents, to help them understand the technology, learn to live in a future with AI, and start talking about academic integrity and safety.
What stays with your school
- Teachers leave with something concrete to use the very next day
- A handout for each session, summarising the content
- Materials co-created during the workshops: a teacher checklist to use before handing out an AI-generated worksheet; guiding principles for AI use in our school
- A list of generative AI tools to explore in education
- A ready-to-use prompt library
- Checklists for teachers and students on responsible AI use
- A teaching staff aligned around a shared language and shared criteria
- The vocabulary and confidence to talk about AI with students, parents and school leadership
Strategic consulting
AI implementation plans tailored to each educational institution, with concrete, evidence-based deliverables. For when the challenge can’t be solved with a workshop.
Phased project · In person and remote
What we do
Marta works directly with you, from diagnosis to final plan:
- Assessing your starting point with AI and your teaching staff’s real needs
- Guidance on developing AI policies and guidelines for your school
- Co-creating a responsible adoption plan tailored to your school, with deliverables you can present to your pedagogical council
- A training plan adapted to your teams’ real needs
What stays with your school
- Diagnostic report: a map of your school’s AI maturity by level and subject, with identified needs and risks.
- AI use guidelines: a document ready to be discussed with the school community, then validated and approved by the pedagogical council.
- Adoption plan (document/presentation): with timeline, responsibilities and monitoring indicators, ready to present directly to the pedagogical council.
- Training plan: with sessions, content and timeline, segmented by teacher group and level of need.
- Institutional communication kit: a summary document your school can use to communicate its AI work to families, other schools or the press, positioning it as a reference in the education community.
Questions that often come up before deciding
| Concern | Answer |
|---|---|
| I don’t know who to trust | Marta leads the project herself: PhD, 20+ years of experience, internationally recognised by AI for Education. |
| I need to justify this internally | Structured consulting, with clear deliverables and metrics to present. |
| I don’t want a generic solution | A plan built for your school by people who know the field: not a template, not an off-the-shelf product. |
