Guide to start exploring AI in your classroom

Are you ready to bring AI into your classroom? You’re not alone if you’ve been hesitant to start. At AI goes to school, we’ve worked with teachers from elementary to secondary education and found that starting can be straightforward.

Follow the 6-step process, use the time you have, and explore at your own pace. You can always revisit each step as you and your students gain confidence in exploring AI.

The 6-step guide was developed in collaboration with expert teacher Claudia Meirinhos, who has extensive experience exploring AI with students aged 7 to 11 and has conducted research on AI use in the classroom. Explore some of the lesson plans she shared with Ai goes to School.

We have spoken with many teachers, from elementary to pre-university, and have found that starting to explore AI with students requires taking simple steps towards AI literacy.
